At Williams Furniture, we strive to provide a smooth and timely delivery for all of our customers. Please review our shipping policy for outdoor furniture and massage chairs below:

Outdoor Furniture (Gazebos, Sofa Sets, Table Sets):

  • Delivery Area: We currently provide delivery and installation services for outdoor furniture only within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). If your order is outside of the GTA, it may be subject to cancellation. Please contact us to confirm availability for your location.
  • Delivery Time: We aim to deliver all outdoor furniture within 1 week from the time your order is processed. While we do our best to meet this timeframe, delivery times may vary based on your location.
  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our store to your location. For an accurate delivery fee, please contact us with your address for a custom quote.

  • Installation Fees: Installation fees vary depending on the size of the gazebo. For an exact quote on delivery and installation, please reach out to us at 437-213-7595.

Massage Chairs:

  • Processing Time: All massage chair orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Delivery Time:

    • For addresses within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA): Delivery will occur within 1 week.
    • For locations outside the GTA: Delivery may take 5-10 business days.

  • Important Notice: Please ensure that the dimensions of your massage chair and your home’s doorways are suitable for entry. If the massage chair cannot fit through your doorway, it will be left outside your home. Please double-check measurements before delivery.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
